About the Event
Our goal is to raise $10,000 for Helping Hands Pantry.
The Silent Auction will be held in person on Monday, December 8, 2025, from 7:00–8:30 PM at Full Circle in Gardiner, with online bidding starting December 2, 2025.
We will have “cocktail hour” with light beverages and appetizers. Cash Bar will be available at Benton. There will be live music with a brief presentation lead by a surprise guest.
The online component allows us to reach more supporters and gives additional visibility to our donors and sponsors.

About Helping Hands
Helping Hands Food Pantry is experiencing unprecedented demand. Weekly distributions have grown to serve more than 100 families—over 300 people. In past years, USDA funding could sustain operations for an entire year; this year, it was exhausted after just three months.
Now more than ever the pantry depends heavily on community donations to meet the basic needs of our friends and neighbors. Visit the Official Website.

All donors and sponsors will be acknowledged in event materials, signage, and online listings unless anonymity is requested. Helping Hands Food Pantry is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and your contribution is tax-deductible as allowed by law.
